You connect, and pick them out from one of your folders, and then wait for them to transfer to the other person.

I just sent some to RnotR

You need to connect with the other user.

Ive done that

Click it again, to open up the documents or whatever.

and.........

find what you looking for, double click on it, it should appear on you text box, and click send.
