I'm looking into a pedal EQ from behringer.. And when I boost my winamp EQ with +15db it will distort a bit. So I was thinking of doing the same with the EQ on my pedal, just to have a nice sound.. Or is this bad for the amp/pedal/bass?

That's ages, if they don't have them in, ask for your money back and get them from elsewhere. I ordered some knobs frm my store, and it took them a few months to get them in.

I ordered 5 and they got one in. So they sent it back and are waiting for the five to come in
