i tryed quiting smoking the other day made it 25 hours without killing myself before i bought a carton

yeah im addicted to it for sure but its never really seemed like a chemical dependency or anything

same for me. i can go 2 days without a smoke easy, but that only depends on the situation

i havent tried a full 24 hours with out a cigarette in a year or two

i have other things worst that be need to be quit before cigarettes.
