This dude at my work showed me how to do it but like I don't think I put enough green in because when I rolled it up it was all hollow and s[size=2]h[/size]it. I couldn't roll the leave around and the weed kept rolling out. Whatever, I'll just smoke a bowl.

That usually doesn't make much of a difference unless you use an insanely small amount.

I'd rather smoke a joint over using a bong but meh.

Why wouldn't that make a difference? This was like rolling up just a piece of paper and trying to keep it hollow. I was kind of afraid of breaking the paper so I didn't roll it too tight but I think it was because there wasn't enough weed. Do you have to use the same amount of weed as the guts of the blunt? Because that would be a lot of weed.
