Aside from my car being filthy, the ash tray falling out, the glove box not having a light, the drivers arm rest broken off, and the back window rattling. I just got the fuel pump replaced a couple months ago, and it seems to be breaking again, I need new brakes, and probably spark plugs and an oil line, an new compressor for my air conditioner, and probably I few other things. But I'm car stupid, so I just know what people tell me.

PaulR 04-02-2005 02:06 PM

I don't know really.

What do you want to talk about?

Wintermute 04-02-2005 02:07 PM

Hello everyone, how are you all today?

PaulR 04-02-2005 02:07 PM

Man, I'm so behind.

Pope John Paul II, the spiritual leader to more than 1 billion Catholics who spread his message worldwide in his 26-year papacy, has died, Vatican sources tell CNN. Details soon.

Tryxx 04-02-2005 02:08 PM

Alex! What's up? And why is your text over there? >_>

Quite possibly, aside from the starting...it runs fine. It's a '94 Chevy Blazer which I can load all my gear into, and can race people in and actually win... How that works, I have no clue, point is it's fun.

Well...win my new bass gets here, it'll probably alone be worth more than that piece of junk.

Tryxx 04-02-2005 02:13 PM

Darn all these people and impossible post counts to keep up with...

One moment, I'm hungry...I'll be back.

Wintermute 04-02-2005 02:15 PM

I've decided I quite like my text over here.
It's fun.

PaulR 04-02-2005 02:15 PM

In England, you have to be 17 before you can learn to drive, its weird hearing about all you guys who are like 16, who can already drive.

kilian 04-02-2005 02:15 PM

I'VE ORDERED DIMARZIO MODEL J'S :D

They call me back in 3 days with further details. I can't wait and I hope they are on before friday! Band practise and playing a kind of self written jazz song with some other people at the talent night at school :thumb:

Sorry, I'm out of the loop!

Wintermute 04-02-2005 02:16 PM

I'm 19 and I haven't bothered learning to drive yet.
It's certainly convenient, but it's VERY expensive.

I'm 17 in August, but I'm not even going to think about learning til after christmas.

I'll never have the money for a car anyway.

I mean, that it doesn't matter here if you are under the age limit, most people drink anyway.

PaulR 04-02-2005 02:21 PM

I decided I'd like to enlighten everyone from out of State and Country what is great about Texas cuisine.

First, a method I would like to call "Burrito-izing." You simply take ANY meat, heat it up, but it in a toritilla with either barbacue or hot sauce (quite possibly) both, add cheese, and you have a meal.

The next is taking chips, any kind, whatever suits you, and grabbing queso, hot sauce, french onion dip, or bean dip, and using that as a meal. Both these methods are widely accepted in Texas. Feel free to try this at home.

Yeah, I haven't really looked for it, but I found it once. It was very mellow, warm, and inviting.

In all honesty, my family is as "white" as can be...but right now it's all we have in our house, so I'm good.

Don't feel bad over girls. I love a girl who lives in another state and like another girl who's 14, which really sucks. :upset:

She doesn't look 14 at all. She passes for at least 16.
