well, you are right I did think a kind of social status came into it as well, usually these kinds of people living in trailers or houses in slummy neighbourhoods not that I don't think equally worthless people can transcend that and live in a nice house or that the opposite can't be true |

I just started working out so I'm just starting to build mass. I have weights but I am going to use them in a while after I get stronger. yeah I know I need to refine it quite a bit |

My BMI is healthy, but I wouldn't mind putting some muscle mass on. Probably try to over the summer.

haven't really put on much more mass but i've been working out consistently for about a month and a half now and i'm starting to get back to where i was before i started drinking and not doing shit for my body
p13 check out starting strength, thats a good place for beginners to start with weight training. |
I've been looking at stuff from the Primal Blueprint workout thing.
looks good, i'm not really trying to get big I just want to get fit and this seems to be working I'll see where I'll be in a few months maybe I'll move onto lifting weights |

I should know.[/QUOTE] not the same as bragging about being elvish aaron, idk what your goals are but if it's putting muscle on, increase weight and decrease reps a little bit, aim for 8-10 reps for 3 sets and be really close to failure at the end of the third really need to get back into a legit program this summer, hopefully will find time after work |
i only really get exercise at work. i always get in good in shape during the summers when i work every day. i get really tan and lose most of my fat and get muscular.

i ate at taco bell for lunch. i had a beefy melt burrito (somethign like that can't remember exact name) and a crunchwrap supreme with a dr. pepper. it was great but gave me gas and i had to shit bad afterwards.
over all, it was worth it. |
