Mine is happening slowly. Senior year I would talk to way more people then I usually would and made some new friends, but too bad that it was right when we all left and I lost contact with a lot of them.

And now I see myself getting better, I was actually talking to my mom's family on Friday, which I never do. I'm usually shy and shun them off me because I don't like them and don't feel comfortable around them

Public speaking sucks. Alos I'm still shy about talking up in class too. I've done it a couple times, but I felt really nervous during and after.

I haven't taken public speaking yet, but I'm generally pretty good at talking in class, I'm pretty likeable and can usually make people, including my teachers laugh, so contributing to class discussions and what not is pretty easy for me. I imagine public speaking will be somewhat more difficult though.

I haven't taken my public speaking class yet, I'm not looking forward to it. I think I'm good at making people laugh, which helps when speaking up in class. And I'm pretty good at rambling, so it takes my mind off the fact I'm talking to 20 or some odd people.

Yeah I didn't think high schools had to or anything. But my college requires it if you want to transfer to a California State University after community college. But if you transfer to a University of California you don't have to take it.

They told us we had to have community service to graduate. I don't think they cared, because I've never done community service in my life and there is a high school diploma with my name on it in my house (yet I do not know where it is)

When I had to do community service (for vandalism, I'm so punx) I sat at the town pool and did absolutely nothing. it was awsome.
