I haven't used it for years and I can't think of anything to do with it apart from play Tanks =/
I mean why else would you use one? |
If I could hook up a mic to it? Recording the gangsta rappers on the back of busses.
|
You can't.
|
Shame. I'll find something, and if not, I'll pass it on to someone who can. Unless you know someone else who might want it, I've got one already.
|
All British rappers are absolutley terrible.
|
Plan B.
Dizzee Rascal. |
Every British rapper ever.
|
Excentral Tempest, Fun Da Mental, Gravy Train, kids on the bus, and loadsa others I can't remember the names of all say you're wrong.
Anyway, our junglists and MCs are far better than anything America has to offer. |
hey guys, remember that one time when this black guy came in here going all like: EVERYONE EXPECTS ME TO LISTEN TO RAP, BUT I LIKE PUNK! YOU CANT SPELL CRAP WITHOUT RAP!
|
yes
|
You can't say sitting-in-front-of-a-screen-with-your-hand-covered-in-spunk without "punk".
|

We should have another fun gimmic thread where everyone in the forum participates.
|
done and done
|
God damnit Jon I'm totally boycotting all your threads now.
EDIT: Except that PNWI one. EDIT #2: You're gonna get banned one of these days... |
you missed the fun part.

Eran Cohen > Scott Heren.
Slightly. |
you don't know anything. America is just as good..
I'd say we're on about the same level, except every mainstream trend here turns "Americanized" and so there's no originality coming into it from the underground British culture, apart from the chav rappers, who I quite like but nobody else does. And I don't mean the Streets. Underground British stuff is amazing, as good as Del and Sage Francis and those lot, its problem is that it stays underground, I guess. EDIT: Hah, I wish I was better than Gil Scott-Heron. That guy is like stupidly good. An-gel dust. |
I'm also boycotting Jon's threads. He says he doesn't have a crush on you but what else could it be?
|
Infatuation?
|
Obviously.
I mean, I like him he's a cool guy but seriously stfu bring the convo to MSN. |

Shuddup they are awesome.
I'm not a rap scenester, I only know the famous brands that make it over here. That's like, what, J5, NWA, PE, Wu Tang (meh), Sage, Del, that sort of stuff. I quite like Dope Poets Society, but I think they're Canadian, and I can't find any of their stuff over here. Feel free to introduce me to stuff when you're done gloating in your superior knowledge of American rap. |
Sage Francis and Del aren't famous at all. Seriously.
|
Huh, really? Okay.
They are still awesome though. |
Del aren't famous? Are you serious Kevin?
Really Kev, this holier than thou thing concerning hip hop is pretty lame. I know you probably don't mean it, but you really come off like this. |
Juan?
Stfu honkey. |

Damn I would have liked to see that.
When was the last time YOU heard Del Tha Funkee Homosapien on MTV?
When he released a hit album with the gorillaz. |
When was the last time YOU heard Del Tha Funkee Homosapien on MTV?
The first Gorillaz single? And since when does MTV exposure equal fame? What about bands like the Flaming Lips and Wilco who sell thousands of records, rule college airwaves, and never get a bit of MTV play? Seriously, saying Del isn't famous is like saying Bad Religion or Rancid aren't famous. |
New album by The Game comes out today. Who's gonna get it? Kevin? Eric?
|
Also, Del had a song on THPS 3.
And yeah Kevin got the Game album. I'm gonna download it even though I'm not really into him too much. Sounds way too much like 50. |
Ironically, there's a feud between him and 50/G-Unit.
|
Well 50 was on a lot of tracks on his first release. But yeah I guess he got kicked out or whatever.
|
i thought they let him back in. maybe im wrong.
i share a birthday with him. |
Damn I gotta get slsk working again.
