I've never posted in the pop-punk community thread before.

Hey guys.

28 Days Later was terrible movie-wise, but I really really liked the way it was shot. The angles, the film, the overall feel of the movie I thought was good.
I hated the way it was shot. It was awful, it was hard to follow and annoying.
I hated the way it was shot. It was awful, it was hard to follow and annoying.
You've gotta be kidding. Unique angles, moving camera during action sequences, shaded scenes.

It was good. Alot of things, like the final big fight in that building, the way it was shot added to the intensity ten fold.

DepthsOfDreams555 04-16-2006 09:20 AM

Nope I'm not kidding. I understand what it was doing, I didn't like it. haha
Oh my god. I understand this thread title, and I understand all the zombie talk going on.

I love zombie movies. Nothing beats them.

The original Dawn of the Dead was better than the new one, but the new one had the zombie baby, which was awesome.
Welcome, Jack. (And Damian)

If you want a good zombie baby, check out Zombie 3.

ThisUserIsAPipebomb 04-16-2006 09:45 AM

Yeah man, I can not find those movies anywhere. You're going to have to mail them to me, or upload them on your computer for me or something. I've check Best Buy, Circuit City, and a few places on the web.

Gnarmageddon 04-16-2006 09:50 AM

I found mine at Best Buy. And I can't rip DVDs. :(

They're pretty bad anyway. Zombie 3 is only good by comparison to the others in the set, but all of them are terrible.

ThisUserIsAPipebomb 04-16-2006 09:53 AM

Terrible good, or terrible terrible?

I liked the way it was shot, because to me it felt very fast-paced. I dunno, it just reminds me of Spaced, since that had some unique direction.

Shame they ruined the plot though. It had an interesting start, but there was never enough drama to keep me that entertained. Plus the character change of the main guy near the end is so unbelievable.

Dead Star 04-16-2006 10:46 AM

I like Shaun Of The Dead.

It's OK, I liked that film too :)

I'm such a wimp when it comes to scary/zombie films. It just makes me think they're out to get me.

Does anyone have Emocapella's first album? I've been trying to download it but it's not on Kazaa. Cheers :thumb:

Kif 04-16-2006 11:16 AM

Emocapella only had one album, called I'm Sorry. I used to have it on my old computer, but I haven't got it on my Mactop

poprocks&coke 04-16-2006 11:26 AM

They've got a new one coming out soon apparently.

DaveIsWrong 04-16-2006 11:37 AM

I got Emocapella's "I'm sorry" and I can upload it for the mailing list if you're on that. Then more people can get a hold of it, too.
It's always fun for the first few times.

Then your bandmates start to piss you off >_<
Meh... I've done this before, but never achieved anything in the past. This is the first time things have ever really come together.

Dead Star 04-16-2006 01:15 PM

Nobody here.

I just ate half a pizza, and now feel ill. :-\

Mute Print 04-16-2006 01:17 PM

I just got back from lunch at my Grandma's. I ate so much food, and now I have to go to my aunt's for dinner. :-\

Meh, I'm not Christian so it doesn't really matter. Apparently Mia's not Christian either so we were both like "meh" haha

Dead Star 04-16-2006 01:18 PM

I'm not religious at all, but I still recognise Easter as a holiday.

Permanent Solution 04-16-2006 01:28 PM

Yeah, it's pretty secularized, like xmas.

PDWAB 04-16-2006 02:05 PM

That's kind of funny how everyone recognizes it once it loses its religious affiliation.

Sometimes I'm really glad I was brought up with no sense of Holidays whatsoever, because all of this stuff isn't even in my consciousness. Like I had no idea it was Easter today until just now.

Permanent Solution 04-16-2006 02:11 PM

I wouldn't have known except Easter candy is on sale, Gaby is in Colorado for it and my parents called to wish me happy Easter...

I wasn't aware of palm sunday and good friday though.

Permanent Solution 04-16-2006 02:15 PM

Haha, you're a bad Catholic.

Gaby goes to a Catholic school and they've been off since Wednesday :jealous:

Permanent Solution 04-16-2006 02:20 PM

Haha, I need a prayer right now because my homework situation is tragic :-\
