Not when it comes to human flesh.

Basically it is a large saw blad attached to a movable arm. It alows me to move the blade back and forth rather than the timber.

It will very very very easily remove fingers, bone, facial features and pretty much any body part placed in its line of cutting.

Great for cutting wood though.

Last night I saw the Stone Sour video "Through Glass" on TV. Then this morning I remembered that that is Corey Taylor. Wow. I have always though Slipknot was kind of good, but I never realized Taylor had that much in him. It's a great song, so much different from what I think of when I think of him.

I cut the pad of my left middle finger open while I was stocking at work last night and I have a gig in 6 hours.

Thonk 11-04-2006 12:57 PM

Based on your other post you shouldn't play the gig at all.

Jody LeCompte 11-04-2006 12:58 PM

Which other post?

Akira 11-04-2006 01:00 PM

Probably the "I can't even get my hand around my bass" one.

Jody LeCompte 11-04-2006 01:01 PM

Hah...

I feel a little better today but, Jesus, I'm still sore. :upset:

Theyre talking about giving me a department change at work from cashier to dairy worker and they wanted to see how I did.

You can be my milk man. :naughty:

Jody LeCompte 11-04-2006 01:04 PM

I'll be your frenchmaid and meet you at the door?

Polyamarous 11-04-2006 01:04 PM

Use superglue.

Jody LeCompte 11-04-2006 01:05 PM

I don't really think I need to glue anything up

It's a bluegrass/southern gospel thing so I just need to play root-five on my fretless.

Spaceman Spiff 11-04-2006 01:13 PM
I'll be your frenchmaid and meet you at the door?
Eww.

All I wanted was some milk and some dick, and here you come with this French maid crap.

No deal.

Jody LeCompte 11-04-2006 01:15 PM

:upset:

When they told me I was stocking dairy at work I was like "Anyone can stick milk on a shelf"

It's harder than that :upset:

You have to milk the cow too?

Spaceman Spiff 11-04-2006 01:18 PM

My brother works nights at a grocery store and stocks shelves all night, from about midnight until 7. I've heard all about stocking shelves.

Jody LeCompte 11-04-2006 01:22 PM

It's not so bad most the time until you get to stuff like orange juice. Theres minute maid premium and regular. And then each has low pulp, no pulp, medium pulp. Each of those 8 of so have an extra calcium "flavor" Theyre all in the same package so your just have to read UPC codes all day and night..

Theres also alot of senseless lifting. Like when Im done with the 40 pound pallets I have to carry them back to the warehouse and stack them up.

Sounds very intelectually challenging.

I know the ****ty hard labour jobs that earn you peanuts, I have had several.

Jody LeCompte 11-04-2006 01:42 PM

I'm too clingy.

I like the people I work with and so I dont want to go get a better job with better pay or take a job in the store I already work at that pays more.

If I move to dairy Ill never see any of the cashiers I work with.

PaulSimonon 11-04-2006 01:43 PM

I need a job now.

Jody LeCompte 11-04-2006 01:45 PM

Come work with me

ebe9 11-04-2006 01:47 PM

You two would be very bad for eachother, no work would ever be done.

Jody LeCompte 11-04-2006 01:47 PM

Andrew and I on many an ocassion have discussed what would happen if we got left alone
