Well, give good ideas. No, Grateful Dead. Too hard to find, to compiled, not enough patterns.
How long have you been playing?
I've been playing seriously for about 6 months. ABOUT!!! Though probably a bit less, more so than more. |
Ok whatever that means???
I've only been playing 3.5months but I've been playing bass for a year |
I'm primarily a bass player, but I play some guitar.
|

Same as me, maybe I have a few months more though, i like to think i anything by my bands CCR and BD, though i am still rubbish overall, I like to improvise around minor pentetonic and blues scales. |
I've been playing for about...
a year? But I suck. :upset: |
I love blues scales
Guitar and bass |
I love blues scales
Guitar and bass
I like how bends and slides seem to fit in everywhere, and makes me feel like i am better than i am. |
Especailly bends
|
Slides are good on the root notes especially <-- same as your word
|
I wish i played Sitar
|
Ok whatever that means???
 The chances of me playing less than 6 months, are less than the chances of me playing more than 6 months. Got that? Good. |
I play slide pretty good. That is what I spend half my time doing.
|
I wish i played Sitar
Is that that Indian instrument |
Who plays piano? I'm going to start within the month hopefully.
|
I can play a little piano. My dad was a great player, his band cut a record in the 70's (obviously it never took off though). I have a baby grand but don't play it often.
|
Is that that Indian instrument
Yeah Harrison often plays it |
i really want a sitar, there arent any for sale in my city i checked. they sound awesome. i tried the sitar swami effect by danelectro....i was so disapointed.
|
Here's a question for the who fans:
Which member of The Who was caught with child pornography a couple of years ago? I forgot :( |
Roger Daltrey (sp?)
|
Yeah Harrison often plays it
Er...played... :( |
Roger
No it was Pete. |
Oh yeah im thinking of another thing
|
I think I heard about it but i didn't care.
Might have been Pete? |
Er...played... :(
Yeah he was a great guy:( I have his collection on viynl |
I'm 100% sure it was Pete.
|
I was thinking of Roger Because of that Elton John thing
|
Hopefully you play a classic rock video game
I played Klassic Kombat. I kicked Jeff Healy's ass with Steve Howe. But he's blind so it was ok. As to learning entire albums, I've always wanted to do a cover of an entire album. Right now I can play all but 3 tracks on dark side of the moon, and 4 outta 5 of Wish You Were Here. But I really want to do Close To The Edge the most. |
I'm 100% sure it was Pete.
Yup. It was Pete alright. John Entwistle and Keith Moon are dead, and I know it wasn't Roger. |
Who plays piano? I'm going to start within the month hopefully.
Oh man I'm all excited now! I went to my friends house yesterday and he had his keyboard out. So I started playing, never have before in my life, and I could actually play coherent chords and progressions. I played Iron Man and Smoke on the Water, for instance. Nothing too hard, but I was shocked. Especially since I have a piano in my basement and have never attempted to play before. I always thought it was too hard. But I guess my theory experience from guitar helped with the piano. Now I just have to learn what fingers do what key, and I should be set. :thumb: |
