I was just pointing out how metalcore isn't meant to be a technical genre, nobody cares if you don't like labels, because I'm pretty sure it's common knowledge that people like things they enjoy.

earlier i wasnt really bashing metalcore, i was just saying that a lot of them are just chug chug riffs (i like a lot of metalcore btw), and War of Ages is just a nice change of pace who also have some decent breakdowns

nah, never toured together.. but played ALOT of shows together. Including the last staple show ever. Awesome guys. Daron came to a show as a guest speaker recently... there might be something starting up, its iffy though. dont get your hopes up.

Sides of the North toured with em, i believe. Awesome band. i got to play with them myself once. good guys.

Eh, not sure. They gave me a copy of their album, but I left it in my band's merch box. Otherwise I'd have it uploaded for ya right now. It's really good though. All I can say is look for it in torrents and such. I've also been looking for A Plea For Purging's new cd everywhere but no luck so far. Some of it seems pretty hit or miss though, but they have a new song up on their 'space with Phil from Whitechapel (wtf) on vocals that's pretty damn good so who knows.
