putting on weight/muscle is not hard at all. when i first started working out it was rare that i wouldnt gain at least 5lbs a week. just gotta eat right and work out right.

That's true to a point. When you're a pansy like I was it isn't hard. The idea that I could pack on 5lbs/week of muscle now is a bit silly though. |
Actually they changed the rules, you just can't have neck and hand tattoos because your uniform covers them. And they're making exceptions because nobody wants to join

eh i dont really get the people who just bulk up. like theres people that go to my gym and will literally only work out biceps, chest, and back. like wtf? i mean i know the big body builder dudes are just too big to do alot of cardio, but theyre the exception. cardio and working out for endurance rather than just pure strength is always a better choice.
