Has anyone else noticed that the song "Riot" is amazing?
I love the bass in it.

RazorsInTheNight 06-12-2005 03:29 PM
I like some tracks on it, maybe its because I don't own it on CD I don't appreciate it as much. I need to order soon I think, since Rasputin never has it.
I can't find Frankenchrist on cd, thats the only one.

metty16 06-12-2005 03:30 PM

I saw it at my local HMV today. It was 24$ though

RazorsInTheNight 06-12-2005 03:31 PM
Not too big, only 4 tracks.
If the link is still fresh I will download it tonight.

Forest_Fire 06-12-2005 03:44 PM
Did anybody download The Witchtrials?
I was going to, but it's a RAR file. :(

Next time I see bedtime for democracy, I'm going to buy it so my collectioin of their studio albums will be complete.

And then I'll start the hunt to be a bootleg whore like nick

Biscuit_box 06-12-2005 04:32 PM

I think FFFRV is their best album.
I must get some bootlegs of their shows. I only have GMCOGMD. It's good but i heard the bootlegs are better ( from Nick )

Riot is awesome, and so are all of their longer songs.

Stars and Stripes of Corruption remains my favorite.

(A)Jonny(E) 06-13-2005 02:49 PM

I'm seeing them on the 24th.

Well Jello said Dead Kennedys was just spoken word with a wall of noise behind him. I read that in an interview about a year ago.

But it's not though.

Ya I've never thought of them that way.

Brain Toad 06-13-2005 04:07 PM

Jello did Stars and Stripes without music on one of his spoken word.

Asharak 06-15-2005 05:20 AM

DK are one of my favorite bands of all time, I love Riot, that song always gets me amped up. I would love to have seen them live, Jello put so much energy into his shows.

TheJackOfHearts 06-15-2005 06:04 PM

I can't stop listening to Dreadlocks of the Suburbs.

Brain Toad 06-15-2005 07:01 PM

I wish that song made it to an album.

CombatRock 06-15-2005 09:36 PM

Score.

i went to a record store while in north texas on vacation. and i got 2 DK vinyls, Frankinchirst and Plastic Surgery Diaster. for $9 each, they also had allot of Jello Biafra and the Melvins but didnt have enough money for another record.

Anxious 06-15-2005 10:20 PM

Anxious 06-25-2005 10:23 AM

I just discovered 1978 demos.

sketchyjoe 06-25-2005 10:28 AM

Dreadlocks of the Suburbs is my favourite song from there.

Anxious 06-25-2005 10:29 AM

Ya its the best on it, trhe others are just slowed down version of fresh fruit stuff.

MSJ 06-25-2005 11:14 AM

I was just wondering...Was it Ted or Peligro who played drums on "Too drunk..."?

Anxious 06-25-2005 11:16 AM

I think Peligro, but youll have to wait for a DK expert to answer.

Welcome to mx

Let's Chop Cats! 06-25-2005 11:22 AM

MSJ 06-25-2005 11:29 AM
