It's hard to explain. I'm going to college next year, and she's a sophomore, so there's an understanding that we're not gonna have a serious thing. As such, we have a very relaxed relationship with no obligations, and because there are no obligations, we don't mind having a relationship. Kinda like... there's no problem with thinking about dating other people, because you could if you wanted to, but you don't want to, because if you did then you couldn't think about dating other people and you're perfectly hapy where you are anyway.

The scary thing is that my girl, her parents don't let her have a boyfriend and her dad is a uber-buff cop. They know my name and that I'm on Drumlline with her, but they don't know WHO I am. I'm expecting to hear my name called one day, turn around and be blown away by a 12 gauge.

Anyone who actually expresses their opinion on what love is, especially in a context where they're telling someone else their view is incorrect, has very very very little tact and even less sense.
