How come man?

Win A Rabbit 12-18-2006 01:36 PM

My brother is impossible. I was going to buy him a Christmas present, so I asked him what he wanted. He says "I don't know, whatever." so I figured I could buy him something off of the list he made for my mom.

So I go buy him an Xbox 360 intercooler. I come home the next day, and there's one sitting on the table. I ask "Why's this out?" and my parents tell me he just went out and bought it. Okay. So I go return it, and buy him South Park season 8. I come home 2 days later, look at the tv, and he's on the menu for season 8 on dvd. I ask him what he's watching and he tells me he just bought it that morning.

:( All I've got for him now is some speakers for his mp3 player that my mom bought him for Christmas. And I REALLY don't want to go shopping in the last week before Christmas. I've stood in 20-minute lineups twice already for things he bought himself.

Tell you parents everything.

Haha, thats crazy! You have to ask why he's buying himself DVDs and XBOX stuff when he should be buying presents for other people

Maybe he suffers from what I do....where you go Christmas shopping; see loadsa things you want , end up buying them and come home having bought no actual Christmas presents

Janeway 12-18-2006 01:43 PM

Yeah. Take more, but get someone to record the seizure.

Futuro 12-18-2006 01:46 PM

He's 15, 16 in february, and he's into sports, video games, and south park.

He loves golf, but my dad's a golf pro, therefore, my brother's got everything he could want golf-wise. I think I'm going to have to settle for buying him that new Xbox 360 game (forget what it's called) that he wanted. (The one that has "Mad World" on the commercial, that has nothing to do with the game but they threw it in there anyways) I was about to buy it for him at Best Buy the other day, but he said that every game he's bought from there freezes all the time. I thought that was kind of odd, but I figured I'd just buy it from somewhere else.

Normally me and my brother don't buy each other anything for Christmas (I usually get him something small but don't ask for anything in return, he doesn't have a job), but he was out shopping with his girlfriend and she thought it was weird that we don't buy each other anything so he called me up and asked what book I wanted. Now I have to buy him something. :(

the_pure_drummer 12-18-2006 01:51 PM

Ha lol what book did you say you wanted?

Janeway 12-18-2006 01:53 PM

Buy him a fleshlight.

I wish I had a brother so I could.

My mother bought a shitload of sliced roast beef. It smells so freaking good, but it's too bloody to eat a piece without being cooked first. Damn. =/

fishbulb 12-18-2006 02:19 PM

Pleaseme 12-18-2006 03:08 PM

Found out my gran left me £2000 to spend when she passed away.

First thing on the list is a double pedal, but I'm not sure what to get. An IC or an Elim though, probably. Then it's 17" Vault crash time :D

Sunshine 12-18-2006 03:13 PM

I counted 12 kittens...THEY'RE SO DAMN CUTE AND FUZZY <333

College applications blow. I have to complete them and send them all off today, and when school's back in get the payment/recommendation letters/transcript and send those off.

I don't even want to apply to more colleges, I'm probably going to get into my first choice and the result'll be in the mail by the time we get back from Cananananada [Dec. 28th].

Janeway 12-18-2006 03:24 PM

Community College.

Josiah 12-18-2006 03:24 PM

Fake picture though!!! BOOOOO!!

FAKE CUTENESS!!!

White Riot! 12-18-2006 03:25 PM

Dogs are better :D

Janeway 12-18-2006 03:27 PM

So...What do you need a degree in to work in an office?

To have a cubicle and sit on a computer all day.

That's what I want to do.

Sunshine 12-18-2006 03:27 PM

Hay, the cuteness itself isn't fake.

And there's no way I'm going to community college.

Generally that involves living with your parents.
