I dunno, A Gate Through Bloodstained Mirrors is decent, Sapthuran and Veil are alright, but in general USBM doesn't amaze me on a high level.

It sucks, but most USBM is TERRIBLE.

My only complaint with this second demo is that the drums sound buried, but other than that, everything sounds great.

Why even continue to run the Black Pages? Mark doesn't go on, Cael doesn't (as far as I know) and Dargon is too busy for forums in general he says.

We could revive it, with more people. Mark, Tyler, Ryan, RiceMonster and Dargon aren't the only people on the internet with a real taste in music. Just because this forum is near completely void of taste.

I was listening to Basilisk for the first time in a while today... it was very refreshing. I was playing it really loud in my earbuds and I got weird looks from the kids on my bus.

I have a much easier time finding good death metal to listen to then good black metal, so I haven't been listening to much black metal lately. Although I finally found some pre-break up Profanatica recordings. Other than that I haven't listened to much.

As I said, Dargon is now an admin there, so it's unfortunate that he's not online as much these days. I don't want to hand out admin powers to anyone else because having three of us is already a little absurd, even if Tyler and Dargon will hardly ever be there to do any of the work.
