TimJim: You can make those things in either ImageReady which comes bundled with Photoshop or in Adobe Flash.

Either of which are not free by the way but that does not mean that you cannot pirate it.

not sure what happpened. right now the leading theory is that the wheel got frozen in the parking lot, and when i tried to push it out, the tire stayed in one spot while the rim spun... == BAD, especially with $100 pirellis.... :'(
