I didn't sleep. I went to bed at nine, but I keping waking up ever 20 minutes. I think I was delerious for half the night. At four I had to piss, so I got up. My mother was in the upstairs bathroom, so I decided to go downstairs instead of waiting, but I missed the top step completely and fell down the stairs.
I have a large brush burn on my a[B]s[/B]s from that.
My head is pulsing. I can't breath through my nose, my nostrils are raw, my throat hurts, and I keep coughing phlegm up.

So i take it you look like ure avater then!

:( I just put the little freshness saver cap of the Silk I bought yesterday on my finger, and I can't get it off now. It hurts, and I have to leave for work in 5 minutes. I don't think I'm getting it off any time soon. :lol: I'll be walking around at work all day with a big white plastic ring on my finger. I feel quite ridiculous.

You can't get the tip of a pair of scissors under it?

I have scottish and irish in me so i'm a drunk and damn proud.

My family came to Buffalo in the early 1900's from Ireland to do child labour. Both my parents sides did, and during the depression, they both moved out to where I am.

Everybody in my family is irish except for my mothers father, who is either dutch or scottish. We have a bunch of cousins living over there, and my grandma writes to them.


I hate alcohol. Getting drunk sucks. =/

Anyone have ideas? I'm empty.

Maybe just do it on whether weight lifting in general for young children is good or bad? Positivce/negative effects?

I will consider that. Thats actually a very worthy topic, since a lot of people will be interested in that topic.

Weight lifting with kids is easy, it's already been proven to be bad until the growth plates fuse, until mid teens+ that is.

A cool one to do, would be the drastcally falling age of menstration in woman due to the hormones in the food.

A)A REALLY old, used cymbal stand [but it's damnably hardcore, like, it'll support ANYTHING..not wimpy or skimpy or skinny or slim or slender or bendy or ANYTHING, not even close..like, it could hold up an elephant]
B)2 pairs of Vic Firth All-American Classic 5B sticks.

He hands the cymbal stand to me and is like "Merry Christmas! I don't use it any more and figured I should get rid of it."

And then he pulls the sticks out of his bag.

"Now you have weighted sticks!"

Because, as much as I love the sticks I bought in Japan, they're a bit on the too light side =/

My dad saw the cymbal stand and said "So I guess we're going to have to buy you a new cymbal now? We'll do it when we get back from Canada."
