Haha...just don't actually use that word seriously, no one does.

SlincoJ 12-11-2006 07:27 PM

I'm aware of what the word is.

Done it a few times. It's mostly closed rolls and accenting the nessicary spots, of course - barrumpba ba da

LOTTA smooth closed rolls though.

ofDooM 12-11-2006 08:31 PM

Has anybody heard of Dream Cymbals? Theyre made from wuhan, and man they sound pretty amazing, especially the hats (~$100).

Cheap as well, but I could imagine they could lack durability like wuhans.

FL3P 12-11-2006 08:32 PM

I did hear some at the local store and they were horrible.

ofDooM 12-11-2006 08:36 PM

well, I guess theyre just like wuhan then.

*duplicate post from 'listenin thread'*

OK here ya go, this is how i listen to music.. I only took 4 pics, but you get the idea... sorry bout the quality, just cell phone.
I got a friend who works for an A&V company, he hooked me up BIG time. All EAW speakers, these first 2 pics are JF60's.
There's actually 4 but I didn't take a pic of the 4th, wich is over by the other corner of the bed. Dunno what the upper corner ones are off hand. There's a sub hidden away, and 2 speakers near my computer moniter. Running of EAW and JBL amps/rack units. Controller is the PC, 6.1 audio card.
BTW that's my dogs butt and his blanket in the first pic.

Josiah 12-11-2006 08:51 PM

I like whoring my absurd audio system hahaha

Shame I can't really turn it up.

Jezen 12-11-2006 11:25 PM

It's 6:24am and I haven't slept yet. I know I won't sleep at all. I was going to at like 4am, but then I thought maybe at around 6 I can go for a drive, so I did and it was soo fun!

The thing i'm not yet used to is other cars on the road

Futuro 12-12-2006 12:45 AM

Haha, I like driving also, but I'm VERY used to other cars on the road, heh.

Jezen 12-12-2006 04:45 AM

I'm getting used to the cars now. I just went for another drive and the first thing I come up against is a silver Porsche. I'm still breathing!

I wanna drive to college but it's a little too risky..

The Chemist 12-12-2006 05:40 AM

I just bought a pair of KRK Rokit 8s

very sweet

i use a 10 year old thompson home stereo system, with my computer plugged in to the line in. it goes loud, but lack of a sub is sometimes annoying...
