Went and saw a Jimi Hendrix tribute band last night in the smugglers. Drummer was pretty awesome. Played on a Yammie stage custom.

The bassist was cool aswell. Played through an 8x10" hartke cab with a valve hartke head, and a Rickenbacker (sp?), was pretty intense. You could feel the bass going through the building really well. I told my bassist friend he should get that over the trace elliott he wants....

Was a fun night.

I had a Kung Fu grading earlier, I hate it because if you pass you dont get your sash for a few weeks after and its really nerve racking when your there in front of five people all trying to find faults in your moves.

Then it's obvious. Use the Kung Fu on the judges. Then they won't complain.

The main judge is a Kung Fu guardian who is soon to replace Master Yau who brought Kung Fu to this country. He could kick pretty much anyones arse
