That reeks of being faked. The BBC's only source is the original website that posted it and some Banksy "spokeswoman" who could be lieing. I know people who were there that day and have yet to see pictures from them. Disneyland security is pretty strict and it staying up for 90 minutes by a ride like that is highly unlikely. Plus there is a secruity guard in one of those pictures and the figure isn't casting a shadow while everything else is.
