Goddamn, If my New years celebration was just half of that I'd be ecstatic. The forming a thrash band was the 'iceing on the cake' I bet.
Lol... Well, if you were a floor above us, it was the usual dance ****e. And we had already had the idea before... just thought id mention it with a NY post. :D

shadows_forbid 01-04-2005 01:28 AM

has anyone heard the bands Watch Them Die??would they be considered thrash

ThrashMaster27 01-04-2005 01:30 AM

Never heard 'em, but they don't sound like very much like a Thrash band. Their name makes them sound like a Hardcore band, but I'd have to here some of their music first.
Hey good news! I just checked Voi-lence's website and it said they are re-releasing Eternal Nightmare. Finally I can get it for lower than 150 dollars.
   , Slight exaggeration there but I totally understand what you mean, it's the the same with Dark Angel- We Have Arrived, hard to get hold of and hugely overpriced. Well one explains the other I guess.

We have arrived is easy to get a hold of, and priced normally - atleast it is here in australia. I got it last christmas for $30 AU... although it has a different cover.

JMetallica 01-04-2005 06:35 AM

Erm, not to my knowledge. It doesnt say that there are a certain amount of copies on it, although it the production would ahve been limited, im sure.

http://chaos.com/?action=view&id=207459 Thats the site i got it from... It says it's out of stock, so perhaps it is OOP again? Im not sure.

LordDargon 01-04-2005 07:41 AM

On amazon it's like £25, and I've looked a few other places but they either don't have it or it's even more ridicuously priced than £25.

those of you too lazy to open the link

In 1997 the French recording label Axe Killer re-released the album in a 2,000 number limited edition.

That is the re release Jmet gave in the link he bought it from.

Record labels sell them, and most often the band has them for sale on their website.

My first album of theirs was "The Killing Kind", then "Killbox 13", and then I didn't mind them, but after I got "Years of.." next I knew that this was gonna be my second favorite band (behind Pantera, for now)

DisposableHeroes 01-06-2005 12:45 PM

I met the guys in Sauron when they came up to Toronto to go to the Razor show. They asked me if I was in a band, cause I was in total thrash gear that night... but anyways, they're pretty good.
