if your just 16 and shes 14 that doesnt mater its only 2 years. you could tecnicaly just be one school year apart and she is oviusley physicaly mature enough and by the sound of it mentaly matune enough for you to go out with. any way in conclusion if there old enough to bleed there old enough to butcher
