So, I definitely owned in my FA that is now closed because of hardcore greaseball.
Who's FA got closed? YOURS! OWNED OWNED PWNED HAHAHAHAH HAX0RED!
KILLING STREAK |
Man, now I'm going to go put on some Casey Jones and stomp around my room in anger.
Hahah, good, maybe you get some meat on your bones.
Well, that was fun even though I ended up getting screwed. Hardcore and metalcore are both good and metalcore wouldn't be around if it weren't for hardcore. So, shake?
Shake.
Good. Now let me put my hair in my eyes and stomp my foot to my generic breakdowns in peace.
So yeah, why do hardcore bands always release 7"'s?
I know there will be a host of people who cuss me out for this but I think the term 'hardcore' is just so stupid. The way they use the word 'hardcore' just sounds well, silly! Now don't get me wrong, I do listen to bands like A7X, but I hate the 'hardcore' label. I think its because its like the new mainstream thing. Alot of kids do it because it is 'cool'. They dress in black, dye their hair black, wear studded clothing etc. Now, with any subculture there are people who don't fit the stereotype so please realize I'm not trying to categorize a group of people. However, it really annoys me that alot of kids do this to be cool.
Also, whats with that hardcore dancing thing? It looks like people are trying to fight eachother but aren't. I would laugh my *** off if one them clocked the other and started a fight! Oh and whats with those tight pants. Where do you put your "equipment"? |
Tight pants and fashion altogether has nothing to do with hardcore.
Hardcore is not a mainstream thing, it's been around for about 20+ years. A7X have nothing to do with hardcore. |

Haha, I was just searching for some mp3s by a band called Our War, and I notice the Trial song comes up. I've been meaning to get that particular album that that song was on so I decided to search the guy's files to get the whole thing, and what do you know? It's noneed66!
Haha that funny. you can attempt to download from me but it takes FOREVER.

'Are These Our Lives?' I was just wondering how you would have got it from searching for 'Our War'. But you would have gotten the song 'War By Other Means'. |
Yeah, that album and it brought up that song.

haha i just came to visit the hardcore forum to see how the people here are and thats the first thing i read
Oh yeah, I saw Alexisonfire last week with Rise Against and I was actually pleasantly surprised. I thought their s/t was ok, listened to it a couple times and sorta ignored them after that. They were good though, pretty funny. Mad props to their singer for sporting a Youth of Today shirt and busting a mad two-step to the intro to "Accidents"
Pull any hardcore dancing to them? :p
A little to Alexisonfire, because there like 3 other hardcore kids there so we got a teeny pit going. You just had to deal with the occasional bro shoving you mid-two step.
I might go to see them because Rise Against is playing aswell.
When I saw AOF in November, there was some push pitting... my friend and I started up the two stepping though. And George (vocals) did it too...
if you guys are interested, I interviewed Wade that night-- radiotakeover.com/interviews. |

When I saw that show, the bassist for alexisonfire was sick, so the guitarist did some accoustic stuff. Were Tsunami Bomb and Only Crime there as well? Was it really crowded there or did you just have to make the room to hardcore dance? Because when I saw them, there was no room to even barely move. |

Since they went pop-punk with They're Only Chasing Safety.

Um, no, As I Lay Dying and old Underoath rule, and Atreyu is a secret love of mine. And I am just so utterly and profoundly disappointed with the New Underoath, I almost cried when I listened to the new cd. |

Don't taint our thread with that tripe! |
Old Underoath isn't even that great. As I Lay Dying doesn't impress me.
