See, my friend and his mom live in this house downtown right now, but it's too much money for her now, so she's moving into a cheaper place, and he's staying there and he and I, plus 2 other individuals, are shacking up in there instead. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, and a living room.

Rent is $225 (CAD) a month + utilities.

225 a month split between the 4 of you?

that's cheap as hell.

i guess the utilities would add a fair bit, though.
