The "professional" ones are the skateboard decks with a little blade attached underneath, but the one I have (cost me $15 brand new) is just basically a skateboard deck with grooves on the bottom and a kind of foamy top.

It's really similar to skateboarding (which I never learned how to ride until the summer that just passed, my friends have all been doing it for ages), and I like it way more than snowboarding, as I hate having my feet strapped down. I could never get past that while snowboarding, it drove me crazy.

It's with my mum, but she's away 95% of the time, so I mostly live alone. I haven't got my kit setup but because we're on the top floor we have a converted attic, which has my DW Go-Anywhere practice kit in.

I live down the river from the Sage, so i'm not complaining (much). Eventually i'll get a Wenger V-Room in my garage so I can practice whenever.

every country eats steak or a similar animal served in similar ways. i don't think it's fair to say it's an american food. all the cajuns and people from louisiana did is add spices and crawfish to food that already existed, mainly french food if i'm not mistaken. someone already discussed the popcorn situation.
