I went out Friday afternoon, drank some srs beer and spent the night at a friends place where we kept drinking until 5 am or something, then I woke up at 8 to go to work on saturday, got out at 1 pm and started to watch the football matches with my dad and some beers, then I got dressed up as Carles Puyol and went out to party. That was around 7 - 8 pm, I kept partying until 2 pm on sunday, then came back home, took a shower, went out to have lunch with my parents and finally returned home to sleep around 4 pm. My last post is from today, sunday at 1 am... I'm going to work now, I feel like shit lod.

We got our first home win of the season over WB last night. Was an abysmal performance though! Did not leave the ground happy, even though we got 3 points

Sad But True 11-02-2010 08:46 AM

Speaking of living, I move into my new house on Friday. You're all cordially e-vited to the house warming party! Or, would be, if I actually wanted any of you there.

RSVP as soon as you can!

guitarbaz 11-02-2010 09:10 AM

that's right, i've joined al and his kayheeeda.

Junooni 11-02-2010 09:15 AM

not gonna make it to the party homie, got work. on the plus side, my manager is in the running for a promotion at a different store (which is actually closer to my house than the one I work at currently) and wants to bring me along and get me a promotion.

w00t grocery store raise.

Sad But True 11-02-2010 09:50 AM

Fuck I'm hungry.

Sad But True 11-02-2010 04:30 PM

LOD DOUBLE POST OMG

So, I've got tickets for Roger Waters' The Wall anniversary tour next year. I bought them with my mates earlier this year, for Machester in May. And entirely by accident my gf has bought me tickets to see it at the O2 Arena.

Now, Dave Gilmour has said he's going to appear at one of the gigs and do Comfortably Numb, and I'm thinking it's probably, if anything, going to be at the O2, so I was contemplating selling my Manchester ticket. BUT! If he does end up doing the Manchester one I'll be rather miffed.

Wut I do lod?

Convectuoso 11-02-2010 04:35 PM

Go to both!

Left Face Down 11-02-2010 04:54 PM

As I see it you have four options

A) Go to both
B) If he is at the first one, sell the second ticket.
C) Flip a coin
D) Go to neither

I vote B personally. Though I don't really know which is first nor the time frame between them. You only mentioned the one in May.

Sad But True 11-02-2010 05:25 PM

The one in Manchester is before the O2 Arena one by about 2 weeks. The one the gf bought me is the the one at the O2 so I can't really sell that, hence predicament.

motogrifo 11-02-2010 06:32 PM

then go to both, it's The Wall after all...

minameismuddd 11-02-2010 09:19 PM

I haven't been on here since 2007!!! EPIC COMEBACK!!!!!!

superjoe 11-02-2010 09:22 PM

not really.

Go to both man. No-brainer really.

Also, I'm after some tickets for the O2 Arena show as well. If I do go, and Gilmour shows up, I may well cream my jeans.

Blue_Moon 11-03-2010 04:00 AM

my desktop is gona awol, bsod and no login, i think my antivirus or a virus deleted or done something to the registry, had to dl an xp disc .iso and try and repair it, its in the middle of doing it now, slightly terrified of whats going to happe :(

hmm seems to be ok, theres one icon missing from the deesktop and it seems a bit weird, faster though :|

I've got a box of 40k to sell, a small Tau army and a Space Marine army. Haven't touched them in years, I remember the Tau army being painted pretty mint though, if I may say so myself.

How best to sell? Sick of ebay.

Shit yeah! You training for a few months until they find you a store?

Also: Any of you guys have sky+/broadband installed on an older house? They're trying to tell me that it doesn't have a registered phone line so they want to charge me 86 quid to put a phone line in, which tbh I think is bullshit, because I've seen the phone sockets in the house.

Blue_Moon 11-03-2010 06:34 AM

chaos averted, sorted out the comp only had to reinstall 3 drivers so far, everything else seems aok and nice n simple, weh heeeeeeeeeey, think there was an issue with system files or drivers, or some shizzle in the registry

downloading a .iso of windows xp saved my buttocks :thumb:

Sad But True 11-03-2010 07:22 AM

Just bought this for £35

for £16.

Junooni 11-03-2010 10:30 AM

One of my professors just saw Roger Waters perform The Wall in here in D.C., said it was a hell of a show with a powerful message dood.

guitarbaz 11-03-2010 02:51 PM

kind of want to go see the wall but can't quite decide. i saw the full floyd lineup for the final time at live 8 and don't really want to taint the memory.

watching the chelski match in HD atm, what a difference. shame they're winning however.
