Better synth band. (I think anyway)

Listen to "Bloods Not Enough"

Not their best song, but oh well.

Stillborn Fest Review

Blacklisted and Love is Red didn't play, probably because there wasn't enough time because the show didn't end until midnight.

Forever I burn-They're ok, they played a pretty good set.

The Autumn Offering-They were a lot better live then on recording, they played a pretty good set.

Full Blown Chaos-They ruled. I had a lot of fun during their set, especially during the huge circle pit. Everyone seemed to be into them, and it was probably my favorite set of the night.

Candiria-I don't like this band at all, it was my first time listening to them and I didn't bother watching.

God Forbid-I never liked the songs I have, but they were really good. They got everybody into it and i'll check them out again.

Agnostic Front-They actually played a lot of old stuff, they played 2 or 3 songs from the new cd though. I had fun during their set, but the mic for the vocals were all messed up.

Hatebreed-I was only able to watch about 5 of their songs. I supposedly fell down, but I think I was out of it because when people were picking me up I had no idea where I was. I felt really weird, so me and my friends got out of there and just waited at the back watching them.

Overall, it was a good show, and I only saw 1 fight, but nothing really happened.

Sounds fun.

That sucks those 2 bands didn't play, I would have wanted to see them the most. Sounds like fun though besides the passing out thing or whatever.
http://www.purevolume.com/nohollywoodending

Has anyone ever heard of the band The Procedure? My cousin got me their CD for Christmas and it is really good.

CONNER_NWHC 12-27-2004 03:33 PM

Ya there pretty good, Sk8skaNJ knows alot about them there from NJ.

Let's Chop Cats! 12-27-2004 03:42 PM

This is the first hardcore CD I actually own and I've been listening to it all day.

CONNER_NWHC 12-27-2004 04:53 PM

Nice comeback kid avatar.

cbmartinez 12-27-2004 04:54 PM

Same here. It was my first hardcore CD. Well, except for Refused. Nonetheless, it kicks.

What's with the iPod punx?

CONNER_NWHC 12-27-2004 05:16 PM

Shane started a club, join if you have a ipod.

She edited the post of someone in the pit, so all the pit people complained.

Jessizzle 12-27-2004 06:12 PM

it went Crazzzzzy

BuddyBigsby 12-27-2004 06:15 PM

Ah, it was because of the kids in The Pit.

Figures.

cbmartinez 12-27-2004 07:55 PM

Zakath, Moniker and the bunch.

I actually really like "I Let Go" from the new 18 Visions Album. :(

shane italian 12-27-2004 08:00 PM

xFilesx - Excrutiation
Terror - One With The Underdogs
Some Kind Of Hate - Undisputed

That's what I scored today at Tower Records.

cbmartinez 12-27-2004 08:28 PM

Nice. I need to check out xfilesx.

Teehee.

I got Lifeless today, that even sounds different than anything else.

cbmartinez 12-27-2004 09:31 PM

I really like the early stuff. Until The Inks Runs Out is great, Lifeless is fun, The Best Of is decent, and Vanity is tolerable. But Until The Ink Runs Out, Vanity, and Obsession all sound completely different from each other, it's strange.

capri sun junkie 12-27-2004 09:37 PM

I still need to get Best Of and Until The Ink Runs Out. I really dig the songs I've heard off of those two the most out of any 18V stuff.

Dude... which one were you at? I picked up some CDs from the one in Brea today. I was in Irvine before that but there's not a Towere there, is there?

BuddyBigsby 12-28-2004 12:43 AM

And I hear that 18V are playing old stuff now. It might just be because it was kind of a special show, but they just played this small OC venue called Chain Reaction where typically smaller bands play, but apparently half their set was old songs.

I hear about Chain Reaction all the time. That'd be good if they do, because I might go see them in Minneapolis.
