5'8'', 160 lbs. A medium t-shirt goes an inch or two past my waist. A large fits a little baggier than that.

I think sweatshirts are made to fit bigger than that too. An XL will be very baggy I'm sure. I may just get it and try the hot water thing. I can't find anything smaller. Anyone else find any? :upset:
