Guess you have to be there for it to be funny... HAHAHAHA

AndreTheHyena 10-17-2005 10:58 PM
By the way, where are you moving to in St. Louis?
I can never remember the name of the neighborhood. It's off of King's Highway, then to Grand...then to Oak or something. I'll find out and tell you.

You going to any upcoming shows up there?

Hell yeah, I am. I go to just about every good show that comes. I'm going to the River City Rebels/Brain Dead/Street Dogs show and the Suicide Machines show.

AndreTheHyena 10-17-2005 11:00 PM

When are those?

I'm seeing Murder By Death and Against Me! in November.

TheNowhereman42 10-17-2005 11:01 PM

Street Dogs are awesome live.

Rootsradical 10-17-2005 11:03 PM

River City Rebels is Nov. 10th, and the Suicide Machines show is Nov. 29th. I'm not going to Against me because I don't really like them. For some reason I find them really boring.

TheNowhereman42 10-17-2005 11:04 PM

Bastard.

Rootsradical 10-17-2005 11:05 PM
Street Dogs are awesome live.
Yeah, they are. I saw them with Tiger Army last spring and it was great. I had no idea that their singer is the old dkm singer. The only bad part was that I got my a huge gash in my lip that wouldn't stop bleeding.

obese_breasts 10-17-2005 11:05 PM
Street Dogs are awesome live.
True. When I saw them they covered Rise Above, it was awesome.

TheNowhereman42 10-17-2005 11:05 PM

I saw em with Bouncing Souls and 7 Seconds a few weeks ago.

RetiredAt21 10-17-2005 11:06 PM

If I listen to them too much, they begin to bore me, but I like them. I'd get bored with too much of any band though.

I'm probably not going to either of those shows, then.

But if you ever want to get together and have Jager and veggie burritos, I'm your man in the STL.

TheNowhereman42 10-17-2005 11:11 PM

I want Jager and veggie burritos :(

I just noticed what you changed your location to, that made me laugh.

That's cool. Bad part is I don't drink and I hate vegetables.

TheNowhereman42 10-17-2005 11:12 PM

loser on two accounts

I gotta keep up appearances.

Vegetables and drinking are two things that make my life a little easier.

Brain Toad 10-17-2005 11:17 PM

I need a new wallpaper, the checker is getting kind of boring,

TheNowhereman42 10-17-2005 11:18 PM

god damn erik petersen is awesome

Brain Toad 10-17-2005 11:23 PM

Found one! Almost went with a hank obey one, but since I've got Cash on my laptop, I don't want more country on this computer. So I went with the ever lovely, Mitch Hedberg

TheNowhereman42 10-17-2005 11:28 PM

That man was so funny.

A severed foot is the ultimate stocking stuffer.

pedro durruti 10-17-2005 11:34 PM

Hahahahaha I love his standup. He just talks about random stuff, and there's absolutely no good transition in between jokes, and that's what makes his style so awesome

Brain Toad 10-17-2005 11:38 PM

He is my favourite standup of all time. His jokes never get old, I can listen to both his albums over and over again and still laugh. That can't be said for some of my other favourite comics. We lost him way too early.

TheNowhereman42 10-17-2005 11:42 PM

Its all too true.

Speaking of comedians, Sarah Silverman is making a movie called Jesus is Magic which looks awesome. The movie trailer is basically hey singing a song, some of the lyrics of which are:

"I love you like bee's love honey"
"I love you like Jews love money"
"I love you like Asian people are good at math"

AndreTheHyena 10-17-2005 11:43 PM

Sarah Silverman is a fox.

Brain Toad 10-17-2005 11:58 PM
Sarah Silverman is a fox.
That she is. And funny to boot. How did she end up with a moron like Kimmel?

AndreTheHyena 10-18-2005 12:02 AM

No joke, man, no joke.

Brain Toad 10-18-2005 12:13 AM

I got to brag about my music today. One of my group members in my English class is doing his essay on the importance of someone's bedroom, and he was trying to get ideas of rooms, and he knew that I'm absolutely in love with music and assumed I had a "s'hitload" of CDs. I had to attempt my CD collection is dismal (60 or so CDs, but growing) compared to my mp3 collection and I got to describe my computer area as being lived in and such. Also got to brag about my 150 watt speakers.

And that paragraph was way too LJ for here..

StruckEverywhere 10-18-2005 04:49 AM

Somebody recommend me the best International Noise Conspiracy album.
