Did you know that 95% of all statistics are made up?..................................

Did you know that 95% of my ass is made fo corn puffs?

In case you didn't catch it my last post was a joke...........................

Get it?

FlamingCouch 03-23-2005 11:25 PM

One time, in the same grade 10 french class I wrote about before, two of my friends made up their whole essay and presentation during the class it was due. Some of their classic lines during the presentation were talking about how the Romans played instruments that were not played (or invented, I can't remember which it was) during their time and dates that were connected to the Renaissance period of history, and not the Roman empire. Actually, I believe they were discussing mandolins and steel-string acoustic guitars when they talked of instruments of the Roman empire, and they made that up after I made a presentation on the history of the electric and acoustic guitar and bass guitar. The best part? Our teacher passed them both with a 55, not because of their facts (lack of), but because of the creative writing and improvisation that they displayed.

cliffburtonrules 03-23-2005 11:34 PM

*cheesy announcer voice*

Speaking of which in my Drama class, we had to do a 30 minute game show. Our group did the Newlywed game and we were the only ones that actually made the time limit without being **** boring. I was the host and I did the *cheesy announcer voice*

Spaceman Spiff 03-23-2005 11:36 PM

I also need to study for an anthropology test that I have tomorrow, first period.
The only bad part about leaving things to the last minute is when stuff piles up.

I miss my Drama class now.

Spaceman Spiff 03-23-2005 11:39 PM

I'm listening to Jaco while working, it's good working music.

cliffburtonrules 03-23-2005 11:40 PM

Mine was a cheap Jr. High class.

Lasted only one trimester.

For those who are not bright a trimester is like a semester but it is 1/3 of a school year instead of 1/2.

Spaceman Spiff 03-23-2005 11:40 PM

Drama is lots of fun.
I've taken it in grades 9 and 10, and currently in grade 11, and will in grade 12.

PaulSimonon 03-23-2005 11:40 PM

I'm going to have some cheescake.

You're lucky, I love cheesecake.

BeastontheBass 03-23-2005 11:41 PM

cliffburtonrules 03-23-2005 11:42 PM

But I got the award at the end for being the best one in the period.

Woot!

I'm planning on taking it in high school. Our high school also has this thing called comedy sports and it's exactly like "Who's Line is it Anyway"

That's a great show btw.

BeastontheBass 03-23-2005 11:44 PM

PaulSimonon 03-23-2005 11:44 PM

Sounds good..........

Give me suggestions. besides Chromatic Fantasy....... It just gets too weird with the monkeys screaming in the back and cymbol crashes and such.

BeastontheBass 03-23-2005 11:50 PM

Spaceman Spiff 03-23-2005 11:50 PM

Right now, my plan for education seems to be going to university, one near my has a great comedy writing department, and after graduation there, try out for Second City, hopefully get a job there.

cliffburtonrules 03-23-2005 11:52 PM
i havent seen it in so long though. what channels do you speak of??
I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure I see it every once in a while.

cliffburtonrules 03-23-2005 11:55 PM

I can't find Teen Town anywhere.

I download legally and neither Napster or iTunes has it.

FlamingCouch 03-23-2005 11:57 PM

Don't forget his Slang bass solo... when he kicks in with the distortion at 2:20, it's so beautiful I almost want to cry...
