Does he? When? My favourite bit in RiR is when Adrian pops his head in front of the camera during the Trooper, about 59 minutes into the DVD. It still cracks me up  |
well... he doesn't KICK the camera... but i think its during TWM... he "kicks" the camera......

(just in front of it) NP: SSOASS - the album - the Prophecy
Oh right, I see what you mean. I'd laugh if he kicked one and broke it. |
There is also another way to work it out, which is my secret way...and I suppose I'll tell you anyhoo... I've noticed that Dave is on the left Channel, H is the middle channel, and Janick is the right channel. Now if you've seen them live, that is the way they are on the stage if you're facing the stage... Try it, it works...most of the time :thumb: I think Steve would win, Dave looks kind of worn out at his age...Nicko might use his Triplet fight to kung fu kick people extremely fast.
Even on the album tracks? I'll take a good listen and see if I can make anything of that. |
Even on the album tracks? I'll take a good listen and see if I can make anything of that.
Yeah most of them, it can get a little hard to pick out the individual guitars on songs like Montsegur. TWM = The Wickerman (I think) |
TWM = The Wickerman (I think)
yeah... i make a habit of abbreviating any track i can..... |
yeah... i make a habit of abbreviating any track i can.....
That could get confusing. |
yea... but you get used to it.... 'sept when you get drunk..... i spent two hours on saturday trying to figure out what SSOASS was..... thewn i tried to say it.....
the results were... amusing... NP: NPFTD (no prayer...) - the allbum - Holy Smoke |
^Guitarist in Rush
|
ah.. right I only have mp3s of rush so I didn't know who's in the band (excepting neil peart)
|
Peart is a drum god, i would have done so much to be able to play with him..
|
yeah he does rule...
I would like to play like him |
And of course the immortal Geddy Lee, my second biggest bass influence, after Harris of course.
|
Suggest a Maiden song to learn on teh bass. I was thinking about either Rainmaker, Wickerman or Blood on the World's Hands :x But if you have any other suggestions, tell me plzkthx.
|
How experienced are you?
Beginner: Children of the ****ed, Wickerman Intermidite: Aces High, Where Eagles Dare Hard: Rime of the Ancient Mariner, The Trooper with 2 fingers Now...go! |
^cant go wrong with that list....
|
What about on guitar?
I learned Fear of the Dark and The Clansman, they weren't overly difficult, except for the FOTD solo. Now I'm doing Aces High and it's a bit more tricky than the others. Quite a bit actually, but I'm getting it. So what are some other Easy, Intermediate and Difficult Maiden songs on guitar? I'd say Hallowed be Thy Name is up there in Intermediate-Difficult. |
