they're a good "cafe" band. something to listen to while out relaxing having some coffee. guitarist's beard is pretty pwn though.

thrice is overrated as balls. vheissu is great, but that's really it.

but i'm like the only one in this town who actually listens to them.

one of my favorite bands, if not my favorite.

and definately the tightest band i've seen live. wouldn't say the best show i've been to, but definately the tightest.

Could anybody recommend an FM transmitter for your car? I'm looking into a Zune and i don't have any AUX inputs on my stereo. I stumbled across the Monster Cable RadioPlay 300 and that looks like my best bet and I can get it for $20 on eBay.

Any recommendations?

Actually the one i was looking at retails at $50 and on eBay i can get it for $20. I was also looking at the one you linked to and it is about $20 as well. I read some reviews saying that the audio quality of the Tunecast II is terrible and that anything by Monster is leaps and bounds ahead of the Belkin transmitters.

I'm glad you say that it works great, though. How is it as far as the audio quality goes?

well i've only ever heard it in his van from the 80's that barely runs, so the quality's never been crystal clear under any condition.

so i guess i'm a little unreliable as far as giving a review of it.

sounds just as good as playing a cd in the van though, if that's any consolation.

that cassette tape case'll last about one sitting, i'd say...

going on 4 months now.
