A raging battle insues between the fruit kingdom and the vegetable army. I have a question for basically anyone. How come The Adicts, The Buzzcocks, and The Ramones are considered pop-punk? Not that there's anything wrong with pop-punk, but those bands were some of the innovators of punk before there was pop-punk.

Well, they all fit the description of pop-punk, they probably used to be considered punk, but punk has evolved and the genre classifications are different.
