My girl is moving three states away to go to college

ATM 05-19-2005 09:43 PM
I remember the saga of the myspace girl all too well!

Me and my girlfriend have gone through a few rough patches (The Friend, "I'm pregnant") but we've patched them up. We handle ourselves very well. I know this isn't a passing fancy. There is a deeper connection between us, I think...I know that if times got bad we would pick ourselves out of the muck. I can't quite explain it, it's intangible.

EDIT: Cool, Lil' Jim (WHAAAT? YEEAHHH!) has stopped in
Thinking with your penis can get you in some serious trouble.

PinkFreud: Jealousy can be extremely hard to deal with. I know how you feel.

Illmatic 05-19-2005 09:44 PM

/laughs at high school student

also, softball? Dizzamn. What are you, a woman?

Just kidding.

In my gym class it was all about wiffleball

EDIT: Jealousy has never been an issue with me. I'm too trusting and naive :-\
i used to be that way...
I always assume the best in people (it's probably my worst habit), especially with this girl. I always assume she'll stay true and will make the right decisions. I never get suspicious of her around her male friends.

thats a good mindset to have with your girlfriend though. all of my suspicions are most likely unfounded. i just cant shake them.

That song would so so much better if your tone was thicker and if you played some of the notes in the begining melodies cleanly. I like that acoustic bit in the middle of the song, but it just kinda jumped out of no where, which I thougth made it cooler in the whole idea of the song.

What amp are you running and guitar?

Dancin' Man 05-20-2005 05:09 AM

I'musing mysmaller amp so that I can record at full volume without shaking the house down and a Jackson DKMGT with upgraded Seymour Dunan pickups. I just got the adapter for my amp modeler yesterday though so I'll be using that in the future. If you've heardmy previous recordings, the tone here is miles above.

Oh, I have heard them heh.

If you would use the larger amp for recording, your recordings will sound oh so much better though.

And also doesn't the DKMGT come with HZ EMG's? And any clue to as what model Seymour Duncan's that are in it now?

Dancin' Man 05-20-2005 05:20 AM

I could check. They're two different models I know. Wow, myspace really kills the bass. I'lllook later, I have to go to school.

Shred Danson 05-20-2005 08:54 AM

Yay, I get to record my solo project today.

Good morning, all.

NP: Destroy Destroy Destroy- Battlecry!

CemetaryGates9 05-20-2005 09:17 AM

Good morning. I skipped school today for a number of reasons, including but not limited to the facts that : We weren't gonna do anything in school today; I don't want to have to face the principal for what I did yesterday; I'm tired; I don't want to do my homework.

Shred Danson 05-20-2005 09:19 AM

What did you do yesterday?

PinkFreud 05-20-2005 09:20 AM
What did you do yesterday?
yes, this interests me as well.

CemetaryGates9 05-20-2005 09:21 AM

It's nothing interesting. A girl bitchslapped me and I called her a fucking whore and got in trouble.

Shred Danson 05-20-2005 09:23 AM
It's nothing interesting. A girl bitchslapped me and I called her a fucking whore and got in trouble.
Well, what'd you do to make her want to bitch slap you?

CemetaryGates9 05-20-2005 09:27 AM

I'm not sure. She just walked up and slapped me. It could have been because everyone at this school hates me. It could have been because I'm madly in love with her friend. It could be because it's fun to slap people.

Shred Danson 05-20-2005 09:28 AM

Eh, well hell I've done worse things. If you faced your principal, he'd probably only give you a dentention (or if you have ISS, lunch time detention). It ain't that big of a thing to worry about getting in trouble for, bro, trust me.

CemetaryGates9 05-20-2005 09:34 AM

Yeah, but my parents are already pissed. Hopefully when I do face the principal he'll just say not to do it again and my parents will never be involved, like when that kid told the principal that I was a flaming faggot and wouldn't stop asking him out.

Lord Abortion 05-20-2005 09:58 AM

did you slap the kid who accused you of homosexuality?

munky_magik 05-20-2005 10:21 AM

So I handed in my Job application to Game today, and got interviewed on the spot. It went well despite my wearing of odd socks. Hopefully I'lll get the job, because it's better than most otehr places I have applications for.
Whilst there I managed to pick up Pet Sounds for £4.99 and upon my arrival home I discovered that my gran sent me £150.00 for finishing exams/school

Well, if you unfortunately don't get the job, at least you'd have a reason as to why you got turned down.

Good luck, though. It's hard to find a job for the summer that you're going to enjoy doing.

Shred Danson 05-20-2005 10:29 AM

Eh, if you don't get the job you can always become a con man. :)

I know. My complete flexibility as to working hours and not having any holidays planned seems to be helpful though.
I was dreading that the manager was going to do a "sock check".
I know no-such thing exists, but I'm sure they could have invented it for me :(

Arucard 05-20-2005 10:37 AM

Wow, before i read the last bit of i was getting scared. Im applying for some jobs at the minute, as my GCSE's are over soon and i want money for manga/music/equipment.
