Power outages at college are ridiculous, this was the 3rd this year.
We were like 20 minutes from the back-ups burning out and getting evacuated for the night, it's what happened the first time.
But I wasn't around for that, I was in Indiana, yay.

We had a guy on acoustic guitar, chick on ukelele, guy on harmonica, guy on sax and girl on trombone. I live on a very musical floor. Then the guy with the flute shows up and everybody left.

I'm aware that it goes both ways, and I have considered religion. I still do consider it.

I sit down and read parts of the Bible from time to time. I don't do it with malicious intent, I do it out of curiosity and genuine consideration. I haven't closed my mind off to it completely, even if that's how it seems.

But faith is a concept I don't lend myself easily to.

And, because I know it's going to happen and I really don't feel like beating this anymore, I know that it takes a certain amount of faith to not believe in God.

Art show tomorrow. I have a couple paintings. Was planning to sell them for like $10 each, but everyone else is going to be selling theirs for more than 10x that. Should I jack up the price and buy myself a line 6 fm4? Or just be honest and sell them for what I think they're worth?

alright but then i will need to move out of my parents' basement.


i wish i was good at painting, and then i could justify charging people like $300 per painting and be like "bam, you just paid for me to buy a new guitar thnx"

but i feel bad charging like $50, even for a big canvas painting. my total cost is like $5 and the time i spend doing it doesn't really matter. i'd just be reading or playing guitar or something anyways, it's not like i'm too cramped for free time.
