Yo man, blink is the shiznit and you know it. :)

Anyways, I'm pretty sure a bunch of us went through our n00bish names. I know I did. :p Even Butler (Untitled) got his name from blink. My first MX name was sumblinkracer41 I think, but that got deleted or something.
Ahhh, so true. :thumb: But mine is more subtle then "BLINK 182 ROCK MY ****!!"

Also +44 site wont load for me either.

dancetomdance182 12-27-2005 08:43 AM

My name is pretty lame. But I don't really care.

HitHardDrums55 12-27-2005 08:59 AM

ive had the same name since i started using mx. and i think it's pretty cheesy....but i really dont care its easy for me to remember if it ever gets logged out for any reason....its usually always logged in

Bad Blood 12-27-2005 09:12 AM

If peoples' names are gay, they can change them in site.
If peoples' names are gay, they can change them in site.
Don't you have to create a whole new account?

Pazz 12-27-2005 12:28 PM
Don't you have to create a whole new account?
You can ask for a name change, but not everyone gets accepted.

Bad Blood 12-27-2005 12:31 PM

If you go into the site forum, there's a thread where you can change your username. You have to follow the format on the first page of the thread to get noticed and considerated. Most requests get done, though.

These_Green_Eyes 12-27-2005 12:34 PM
Ok, I swore to myself that i would never post in this thread, but I saw your name, and I just had to say:
I really don't like you.
That is all.
You can now go back to your false idol worship.
Good job for causing almost half a page of spam.

Pazz 12-27-2005 12:35 PM

lol spam.

dancetomdance182 12-27-2005 12:52 PM

We should play a blink game. This thread is getting boring without any news from +44 and AVA.

About Plus 44 Countdown
December 27, 2005, 01:09:56 by aaa.com.

Ok guys, I was reading comments like "The Countdown is over but nothing happened!". I will give you a good reason why! Your own System Time on your PC influences the Countdown! So if you are living in a European Country the Countdown will reach 0 earlier than in the US. But nothing will happen till the Countdown reaches 0 in San Diego! (Switch to the San Diego Time Zone and you can see how long you have to wait!)

That is from the AVA website. I wonder what is happening, and it's good that the AVA site is informing the P44 fans.

"Also there is a strange countdown on the Plus 44 website. Maybe it is the launch date of the official website."

That pretty much told us what it was, and if I'd read it earlier, I would have known what the countdown was definately for days ago.

Pazz 12-27-2005 03:35 PM

It should have hit 12 in Sandiego a long time ago. They are only 3 hours behind me and it's 4:37pm here.

Bad Blood 12-27-2005 03:58 PM
This bulletin was posted on Plus 44's MySpace:
Subject: Time zone error.

Body: Hello everyone,
Last night Kerry the web manager posted a bulliten saying there were only 15 min. left till the countdown was over. In all the confusion he fogort to remember that the countdown would end diffrently for him. He was on the east coast for the holidays and was 3 hours behind San Diego's time zone. We apoligize for all the confusion. Due to some technical difficulties plusfortyfour.com nothing has changed. So hold on and be prepared....

-Much Love,
Rob
Oic.

dancetomdance182 12-27-2005 05:54 PM

Oh so that makes sense. They should have a universal time countdown. Also, make sure to have things on time. I remember eagerly wating for the AVA podcast...it was like 3 days late. But it was a dissapointment anyway.

Bad Blood 12-27-2005 05:57 PM

Yeah.

I'm not getting my hopes up for this too much.

Untitled 12-27-2005 06:21 PM

the +44 site is back up, but says somehting about a musical masterpiece, i dunno.

Bad Blood 12-27-2005 06:22 PM

Yeah, I saw that this morning. I posted it earlier :p

Untitled 12-27-2005 06:34 PM

Oh yeah, so you did.

This is obviously just Mark's way of messing with a bunch of teenagers. He's probably laughing himself to death as we speak.

Angry Balled Fists! 12-28-2005 04:03 AM

So, i got the greatest hits yesterday, it's pretty cool.

chumpradio 12-28-2005 05:28 AM
i dont think plussfourtyfour is run by plus44 .... as they already have a website
And that's why the AVA site always mentions it as the official website for Plus-44?

 Unless it's some big conspiracy, and Tom has made a fake P44 website and is tricking all of the P44 fans.

Bad Blood 12-28-2005 05:29 AM

Haha, that'd be quite amusing.

Unlikely, but amusing.

10571z 12-28-2005 05:58 AM

wow 2 websites wierd...

Bad Blood 12-28-2005 06:18 AM

Most bands have two websites, or more.

Unofficial and Official.

10571z 12-28-2005 06:47 AM

yeh but i mean official.... arent they both official???

dancetomdance182 12-28-2005 07:16 AM

I don't think they would make 2 websites.
