vices is the best song on the album except maybe daisy so dont let it fool you

paramore is probably the most solid overall of those three, daisy really disappointed me. crash love is cool but eh
oh shi

I figured Paramore was the safest bet. First song on AFI was solid though. Better than Decemberunderground =\

It basically ruined my brother in laws life. He was active infantry overseas now he has permanent damage to his spine and PTSD, which is real and REALLY fucks a person up, the only thing it gave him was free college and credentials for certain jobs

PAST test is 50 times easier than requirements to get top honors, which you pretty much need to be a CCT. those low requirements are more for the pararescue guys, who are a large part of air force spec ops.

to get top honors you have to be able to do, in a minute-
65 pushups
70 situps
10 pullups

and run 1.5miles in 8:55

which is nothing for specimen like me, but the majority of the world is unable to do this unfortunately

you know this might actually be worse considering that's supposed to be the best.

i'm not at my physical peak anymore, but when i was i could run through that no probs except maybe the run because asthma :(

Anglachel 09-23-2009 11:09 PM

the majority of the world could do that if they cared

Nepenthe 09-23-2009 11:10 PM

i would literally love to see you guys meet those

Anglachel 09-23-2009 11:12 PM

atm ofc not

but were not dumb and going army so we dont really see the need to meet that

The thing is, a lot of the guys on here like me are scrawny nerds but when you're a scrawny nerd you don't need a lot of muscle to lift all 100 pounds of yourself.

Plus, core strength is easy...I would be sad if I couldn't do situps like a madman. Though I suppose it depends on how they define it. Back off the ground vs weight on feet all the way up vs unassisted all the way up is a huge spread of difficulty.

adb 09-23-2009 11:13 PM

sean you should join the army.
