We self released a demo and due to not having a whole lot of money we didn't have access to high quality recording equipment. However we did get interest from a few small record labels from it and we'll be signing a contract in January. This artist recently posted a full album all based on her struggle with drug addiction.
The whole album tells a story. And its only 20 min so its not too long that you get bored. It left me extremely impressed (cause lets be honest, an artists' first album is never that good) and it left me emotional. Its packed full with raw, personal and honest emotion in her lyrics.

I believe she deserves an honest critique :) So check her out if your interested in analyzing some new music. you wont be disappointed. I promise.

I come across lots of new aspiring artist on youtube and i find it interesting to watch them grow. But i ran into one in particular who stood out. She recently released her first album and i was sceptical at first cause lets be honest, no ones first album is really all that good. But after listening to it i was extremely impressed with the raw, personal, and honest lyrics to her music. The album as a whole tells her story about her struggle with drug addiction.
