Were these bands in the era of [I]Joy Division[/I] you mention the origins of post-rock, experimenting outside of conventional structure? Then it progressed to today's bands such as [I]Mogwai[/I] and [I]Sigur Ros[/I].

Also are [I]Public Image Limited[/I] considered a post-rock band?
