I got [i]From Under the Cork Tree[/i] the other day and its awesome. These guys are almost one of my favorite bands, I was really wrong about them.

Take This To Your Grave is much better IMO. And My Heart Will Always Be The B-side To My Tongue, is amazing.

No way, [i]From Under the Cork Tree[/i] takes everything good about [i]Take This to Your Grave[/i] and makes it better, and then adds a bunch of other cool stuff.

I think that a lot of people prefer [I]TTTYG[/i] because it was their breakthrough album and because it carries the raw feel along with the poppy riffs and typical FOB lyrics. [i]FUTCT[/i] is a lot more polished and "quality-perfect", but you still get that FOB sense of pop-punk with it.

I like both equally I think, maybe leaning towards [I]TTTYG[/i] a little more because it has some of my favourite FOB songs on it. Then again, so does [i]FUTCT[/i]

I demand that all of you immediately download the Gym Class Heroes and Fall Out Boy mash up. I cant remember the GCH cong, but the FOB song was where is your boy. Its a nice mix. Matter of fact, go download anything by GCH, theyre awesome.

Gym Class Heroes are amazing. I have a song by them and The Academy Is.. called "Naked Peekaboo" and it's so funny.

I sadly don't have that mash-up, allthough I would like it.

I saw them live with Streetlight, their singer was stoned. He was making faces at the crowd.

imo, every song on tttyg is really good, but on fuct, theyre are some absolutely amazing songs, and some simply good songs. but i really like both.

They are number one on TRL. They are one of the few pop punk bands I like, and they have to be ruined by this. Its a sick world ill tell ya.

Honestly, I've only just started getting into to Fall Out Boy, but I have to say that I'm really liking it so far.
I'd blame it all on MTV, but I don't watch MTV. Except for Pimp My Ride... sh*ts addictive.

ok, just because their lead singer has a high voice doesnt mean he has no balls, seriously. The man has a great voice, and if you think it sucks, its probably becauase he doesnt scream in every song. Good singing takes talent, screaming doesnt, thats what babies do because they havent developed the ability to talk. Not that i hate all screaming, the used and mcr have some good stuff, but singing well requires talent.

Screaming takes a huge amount of talent, hence how there are more bands with people that have good singers than bands that have good screamers.

The singing in bands such as Fallout Boy and coheed and Cambria is awful, IMO

i never said the screaming in fob is good, i tend to skip over it because it isnt as good as screaming in other bands, maybe its just my opinion, but i do prefer singing to screaming.

Patrick doesn't scream at all, Andrew the drummer does.

I agree with James though; FOB's screaming does get on my nerves a lot. Screaming has no place in a band like this, and it just was never going to be pulled off well. And I wasn't aware there was screaming in Co&Ca?

There is, its very raspy singing tone in some songs and a full on scream in others. Listen towards the end of 'Hearshot Kid Disaster' and the second part of 'Junesong provision' (is it ALL!!). Mostly there was just screaming on second stage turbine blade, not alot was on IKSOSE.

Ahhh, I haven't listened to SSTB that much. I only remember it on IKSOSE:3 on "The Velorium Camper III: Al The Killer"
