Yeah, sorry about that. :( It was steadily making it's way down the page, and I didn't want it to go unnoticed.

I request more Minutemen albums.

I call dibs on Desert Sessions 7 & 8 and QOTSA - s/t
|
To follow up on my last post, I call dibs on Limp Bizkit - Significant Other.
But I'll probably end up doing their entire discography. |
That's a pretty good CD, actually, I listened to it last week
I call undibs on Gorguts - Obscura. It is far too hard to review. Sorry guys |
I will dib Korn- Life Is Peachy. Knowing their primary fanbase, I may be the only one who could give this review an objective look in the eye.
|
Can someone review "Life of the Party" by The Taj Motel Trio?
|
That's a pretty good CD, actually, I listened to it last week
Well, don't expect to hear too many good thing about it from me. I've had a long dark history with Limp Bizkit and have grown to loathe them intensely. |
I will dib Korn- Life Is Peachy. Knowing their primary fanbase, I may be the only one who could give this review an objective look in the eye.
I know Tiger's a Korn fan, though I doubt he'd have the time to review it. I call dibs on Pinback - Blue Screen Life once again. |
This is sort of pointless, because I really don't care if I get recognized, but I've been guilty of doing a lot of reviews-within-a-review because the first review was in my eyes incomplete or really lousy, so here's my list, but you are under no obligation to put me in the Hall of Fame at all:
Barenaked Ladies: "Everything to Everyone,"^ "Barenaked for the Holidays"^ Ill Nino: "Confession,"^ "Revolution/Revolucion"* Slipknot: "Iowa" In Flames: "Soundtrack to Your Escape" Modest Mouse: "Good News For People Who Love Bad News"^ * = review being written tonight ^ = original review I mean, again, I may have more review-within-a-review threads, but you're under no obligation to add me. I don't get repped anyway, so 'tis all good  EDIT: Bartender said to post here for the Hall of Fame thing, hope I didn't grossly misread somewhere.
Do you have any regular reviews? |
Oh ok. No, I misread your post. Didn't realise the ^s were those you had started.
|
Okay, you're added, with 6.
|
I call dibs on Desert Sessions 7 & 8 and QOTSA - s/t
I'm already half way through it, but you can take over. |
Can someone review "Life of the Party" by The Taj Motel Trio?
I've never done a review before but I'll try. |
Have a bit of a read around beforehand, so you have some idea of what kind of review is expected.
|
Have a bit of a read around beforehand, so you have some idea of what kind of review is expected.
Oh I have read around a lot and have been reading reviews here for a long time. I plan on spending a good amount of time in order to give the most informative review I can possibly give. |
Excellent.
|
is anyone doing the other stephen lynch cd?
|
If they are, they haven't called dibs on it.
|
I said I would, but I probably won't. If you can do it first, then go ahead. Maybe someday I'll add my review in your thread then, but not anytime soon.
|
Ah, sorry.
Can I put a dibs on Strangeways, Here We Come by the Smiths? I should get around to it later in the week :).
I already have dibs on it, but you can have it. I'm not giving up We Are The Quarry though. |
I already have dibs on it, but you can have it.
I'm not giving up We Are The Quarry though.
Ouch. Sorry I didn't see that you wanted it... I can always do "Kill Uncle" *shudder* |
Yeah, mine have been slack recently too. Though You Are The Quarry should be up pretty soon, and since the Pearl Jam and Placebo ones are track-by-track, I can do those in a few spare minutes rather than having to do it one sitting. So they should be done pretty soon.
By the way, dibs on Buck 65's Talkin Honky Blues. :) |
Ouch. Sorry I didn't see that you wanted it... I can always do "Kill Uncle" *shudder*
This is irrelevant....but your Posts Per Day is ridiculous. :p |
it gets worse... I only actually started posting at the beginning of November :upset:
..but there is a perfectly logical explanation, and as soon as I make one up, I will get back to you :p Note: I don't want to spam up this thread, because that would be mean. Sorry  |
I just spent 2+ hours on a British Sea Power review, was on two seperate posts. I made sure to copy it to my clipboard before posting, I try to post, my browser says it has to close, and my clipboard is cleared. . I am sick to my stomach.

Iai, looking forward to the Buck 65 one, I came in here to request something from him. :thumb: I'll have Deltron 3030 done within the next couple days, just have to, you know, start it. |

Write them in notepad or something, and save it often. are BSP like Delays at all? If I really liked Delays - Wanderlust, and hadnt heard any other of their songs, would you recommend buyuing BSP on a whim? I've seen Decline of BSP at a cheap price |
British Sea Power is almost like Britain's answer the the new post-punk scene in America with bands like the Walkmen and Interpol. So in short, they are nothing like Delays, but you would still probably like them.
|
Well I don't know any Interpol or Walkmen.. but I feel bold, so I might give it a go anyway.
|
I think III has been done already.
Yeah, it has. No replies though. http://www.musicianforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=139979 Scott - you should really start typing them out in text documents beforehand. |
