the worst I had to do on my english was a comperative essay on the role of ambition and how it leads to the undoing of certain characters in Henry IV part 1 and There eyes were watching God.

I was meant to cover Alfie, Blow Up and Goldfinger in a film exam ( I went and watched one), the question was so vague I just put the genral jist of what they wanted down and finished it with "...which could also be seen in Alfie."

Actually my finals were pretty spot on what we did. But that's highschool and I think my teachers made them themselves

heheh story time. my english teacher was straight out of university (he's really cool too) and we didn't go nearly as in depth on the material as the other class did. So when the exams were written up, the other teacher did most of it, but for the poetry analysis section he used a sonnet we'd studied in class to give us an advantage. as we left the exam room he said we better not tell the other class...
