I'm struggling to decide on Band shirts...
Far too much choice :(

The joke wasn't very funny, guys :-\
Jokes are only good if they're funny.
Only had to be fun for us, really. We get a chance to be (really) stupid a couple of times a year, when it comes time to make a new community thread or something similar. The reactions of most of you were disappointing, to say the least.

I have that toucan in my MSN display. :thumb:

I actually like the re-recorded version of that song although the whole re-recorded album is BS by principle. The good production and superb drumming make it better though IMO.

Nobody likes inside jokes that they're not inside of, right? ;)

Lord Abortion 11-29-2005 06:47 PM

Well, Hellhammer is drumming on it.
It helps to have someone as awesome as he brainwashed into playing for your bastardisation of an album.

I'm loving the new one. It has definite cons, but overall I'd say the re-recorded version is one of the best things they've ever released.

Dimmu Borgir is very fortunate in the percussion department lately. First Nick Barker, and now Hellhammer.

I found it humerous, I just felt like spamming you on AIM, I'm incredibly bored :).

That's because you're listening to Norse metal from the frozen lands of the north. Great band.

It's damn cold up here though. I need to score myself a Behemoth shirt.

It's hard to get hot-headed on the internet, let alone mx.

Maybe if the other community thread seemed to have all the posts deleted, but really it was just a clone with the same name, I'd get pretty mad.

Silenius 11-29-2005 07:03 PM

dis-order.com

****loads upon ****loads of everything imaginable.

Toaster 11-29-2005 07:04 PM

Jesus, I just looked in the other community thread. For a minute it sounded like someone was making fun of my crooked penis.

Thank you Trevor and HVACDC :thumb:.

jsrdirect wins, I found a freaking amazing Amorphis shirt in like 10 seconds.

Bartender 11-29-2005 07:05 PM
Nobody likes inside jokes that they're not inside of, right? ;)
Yeah. But there should have been some glimmer of recognition that it was a joke, though.

http://www.backstreetmerch.com was recommended a few weeks ago in here, I think. And I didn't mind the AIM spamming.

Otherside 11-29-2005 07:08 PM

I really want some Explosions in the Sky shirts, but there arn't any anywhere that I can find :\

...I also wouldn't mind finding a Radiohead shirt that isn't in the retarded British clothing size system(IE: Large being a small).

Yup. I ordered a X-Large from infinity1, turns out all Radiohead shirts are manufactured in Britian and feature the clothing size of the country(which they don't specifiy), and it turns out that a X-Large is more of a Medium :\

Really bummed when I got it, but I'm eventually just going to get someone to rip the design off the shirt and put it on a different one...

orly? well anyhow, the Peccatum shirt I found there that I really want is also on Star500, they're reliable :thumb:.

Otherside 11-29-2005 07:33 PM

Star500 is definitley the best band shirt website I've used, huge stock and very fast shipping, as well as good customer service.
