i love the black resos too. i dunno why but i always find it weird when you can see... UP drums. it's like someone looking up your skirt/kilt... just weird.

Man, everyones getting new gear now. Its like the final purchase before the holidays bring in the goodies. Anyway, nice stuff man, its lookin' pretty sweet. Can't wait until I get my new ride, it won't be quite as shiny as yours though.

vince- they were raw hoops from explorersdrums.com and i only roughly sanded them down. i belive they're 1.5" deep. I love them, esp. the contasting colors! but they were like $45 a pop IIRC.

the mic pack was 350 IIRC. stands are like 20 a peice, the CAD DSM1's were 20 a peice on the bay, and cables (i think they're all 20') were another 15 a peice.

Yeah, whever I've played those little 6" ones, they're just wayyy too high pitched for me, thats why I got my big 12" Sabian Ice Bell.
