staind has been quite easily my escaoe from the harsh things that life has to offer....even more now after my 2 friends died last week so in a weird way staind actually helps.
AHHAAHAHAHHAAH

Your friends are so decomposing right now!!!

Just think about that!

Anyway, A perfect circle - The nurse who loved me.

Gary Jules did the piano version, I forget who did the original.

But I much prefer the Gary Jules version.

Whoa... you... you are... whoa... that one... Now I know who I'm going to hell with. See ya there :chug:

Edit: A song that makes me depressed is any Metallica song. It's so depressing to see a band suck that much but they are still loved by millions of idiots. Brings a tear to my eye.

Tears For Fears did the original. But Gary Jules' version is better.

"Since I´ve been loving you" by Led Zeppelin and "Monuments and Melodies" by Incubus are pretty depressive songs, although they´re very beautiful at the same time. The solos are pretty **** cool too, in my opinion.
Explain please
It's horrible, it's got loads of footage from war, and ends on this shot of a guy with no limbs, no voice, no sight, no hearing with this mask over his face because of burns. You can just faintly hear his thoughts which are 'S.O.S....S.O.S'

Sampson X 11-11-2004 05:00 PM

i would have to say "Wake me up when september ends" by greenday...its off of American Idiot...also "Boulevard Of Broken Dreams"

but i agree with who ever said November Rain by GNR

gabey667 11-11-2004 08:42 PM

I'm glad tears for fears got in there... If they're not the worlds most depressing band, they're a close second (to My Dying Bride, also said)

FeelsSoGood311 11-11-2004 08:47 PM

where can i find this metallica film clip

Skelo 11-11-2004 09:19 PM

Yea i totally agree with Staind being very depressing. I also agree with the fact that I really get depressed if I can relate to the song. Smashing Pumpkins offer a lyric for every situation it seems like, so relating to them is no problem.

The Dark Philosopher 11-11-2004 09:50 PM

Agalloch- The Misshapen Steed
Alice in Chains- Down in a Hole
A Perfect Circle- The Noose
Arch Enemy- Snow Bound

It's called "Whiskey Lullaby" by Brad Paisley... My family listens to pop country so
I have heard it before... It's a really depressing song.

And how about "Last Kiss" by Pearl Jam?
