i think the shouter/screamer of a static lullaby is nice, the guitar player and the bass player also sing quite nice.

3.Nick Oliveri(I love his voice)
4.PJ HArvey(Normally i don't listen to girl singers but **** she is awesome)
5.Josh Homme (HE may not be the best but he has a pretty good voice and it fits his music perfectly)
