By the way... what does full MIDI mean?

joe

Foxfire 03-20-2005 06:59 PM

^ I meant that it had MIDI support. I'm guessing you can plug into your computer and run MIDI (Using Cubase, etc.) It has a headphone jack, as far as I know, as well.

Dieforitall89 03-20-2005 06:59 PM
By the way... what does full MIDI mean?

joe
Pretty sure it means you can recreate all the sounds that can be used in a MIDI.

Edit:I Fail*goes home*

JoeDaddio 03-20-2005 07:01 PM

I'm still lost........

joe

Foxfire 03-20-2005 07:04 PM

MIDI. You know, like the music in old SNES video games? Musical Instrument Digital Interface?

The sounds in Guitar Pro and PowerTab are MIDI. MIDI is a composing tool.

PaulSimonon 03-20-2005 07:04 PM

at the guitar center near you, is it dominated by one brand of basses kinda? mine is pretty dominated by warwicks

gaslight 03-20-2005 08:44 PM

I'm okay I guess. Usual. Meh.

Foxfire 03-20-2005 08:50 PM
at the guitar center near you, is it dominated by one brand of basses kinda? mine is pretty dominated by warwicks
The one I went to today is dominated by a threeway:
Warwicks take one wall, Music Men another, and the Fenders and Squiers hold down the entire upper part of a wall (Interestingly enough, the bottom part of that wall is all SWRs :p). On the top of one wall is a bunch of Alembics.

gaslight 03-20-2005 08:53 PM

My local store has basses from Fender, Ibanez, Musicman, G&L, and Gibson possibly.

My God, you bastard. Mine is all squires with the occasional fender or maybe an ESP. Well it isn't a guitar center... its a shithole. Same thing :o
