To wake me up earlier in the morning and freshen myself a little from sleeping, then to help relax me later on at night and get rid of all the dirt and sweat and body odour one accumulates during the day.

I only shower for like 3-4 minutes at a time.

I only shower in the morning. I don't have to smell nice or be really clean when I go to sleep anyway.

I tend to sometimes almost fall asleep while taking a shower, though. Especially at times when I haven't been getting a lot of sleep.
